The vision and birth of this scholarship drive has its roots and clutches in generations of strongholds and addictions.  Brother David Walker and his family have seen the devastation of riotous living that includes years of abuse and addiction.  In memory of his mother Helen, the Lord laid on his heart to offer individuals bound with the same struggles.
